# Sniper on Pump.fun & PumpSwap

## <mark style="color:blue;">Snipe tokens on Pump.fun</mark>

Sniper on Pump.fun provides advanced features for users aiming to snipe tokens with additional specifications:

1. **Access Sniper Pump.fun:** Click the "Sniper Pumpfun" button in the menu bar at the top of the MevX website to open the setup interface.
2. **Enter Token Information:** Provide detailed information about the token, including the token symbol and the developer's wallet address.

You can choose to fill out one or both fields to ensure the exact token you want to snipe on Pump.fun.

3. **Specify Purchase Amount:** Enter or select the amount of SOL you wish to use for the snipe.

* Max SOL  Allow: This is the maximum number of SOL you can set as a limit when sniping.
* Tip SOL Amount: The Tip rate you want for the Sniping to ensure its success.
* Priority Fee: This will boost your sniper speed.
* Snipe Amount: The number of SOL you want to use to snipe.&#x20;

4. **Enable Auto Sell for Pump.fun Sniper:**

* **Set Your Sell Parameters**: Input your desired sell price, percentage to sell, slippage tolerance, and expiration time.

| Setting           | What to fill                                                                |
| ----------------- | --------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Curve Percent** | Set as a percentage depending on the market volatility you expect.          |
| **Percent Sell**  | Enter the percentage of the total tokens to sell.                           |
| **Slippage**      | Set a slippage tolerance based on market conditions.                        |
| **Expiry Time**   | Set an expiry time to ensure the sell is executed within a specific period. |

* **Activate the Order**: After confirming your settings, the system will automatically execute the sell order when the conditions are met.

3. **Complete the Setup:** Once all information and settings are in place, confirm your setup to be ready for the token launch.

## <mark style="color:blue;">**Snipe tokens on PumpSwap**</mark>

The MevX Sniper feature for PumpSwap allows users to automatically buy tokens **as soon as they migrate** to PumpSwap. This ensures you can enter early during bonding curve launches—no need for manual timing.

### How to Use

1. **Search for the token:** Find the token you want to snipe by searching for its contract or choose it from [MevX Degen Zone](https://alpha.mevx.io/?tab=degenzone\&chain=solana)
2. **Select “Sniper”:** Navigate to the Sniper tab in the trading interface.
3. **Enter the Amount:** Input the amount of **SOL** you want to snipe with. This is the total value you’ll use for the auto-buy once the token is live.
4. **Set Slippage or Min Received:**

* **Slippage (%):** Define your maximum allowable price impact. Default is 1,000%.
* **Min Received:** Alternatively, input the **minimum number of tokens** you want to receive. The sniper will only execute if this condition is met.

5. **Click the Advanced Settings dropdown to configure:**

* **Snipe WSOL:** Enable if you want to use **Wrapped SOL** (WSOL) instead of native SOL.
* **Anti MEV:** This adds extra security to your trade but may increase failure rates slightly.
* **Tip Amount:** Send a small tip to boost your sniper's execution priority.
* **Priority Fee:** Boosts your transaction speed.

> You can toggle **Auto Mode** for both Tip and Priority Fee for MevX to choose the best values based on real-time network conditions.

6. **Click "Snipe SOL":** Once all fields are filled, hit the **“Snipe SOL”** button to queue your sniper. MevX will automatically execute the buy order when the token migrates to PumpSwap.
